Shared files depended on the head office
Vista Insurance relied on head-office servers and VPN connections for file access. It needed a consistent way to manage files, devices and security across its offices and remote staff.
02 / OUR APPROACH
Moving files and device management to the cloud
We moved files into SharePoint libraries and set devices up with Microsoft cloud sign-ins and Intune management. We introduced central device policies and access controls, carrying out migration work outside working hours.
03 / THE RESULT
Access to files from offices and home
Staff could use SharePoint and OneDrive to access files without relying on the office VPN. File auditing and version history made changes easier to trace, while central device management gave the business a consistent way to manage its computers.
