Six offices with separate systems
Time Finance had six offices, each with its own local systems. Staff relied on office servers and connections between sites to access files, and some business applications still needed the existing sign-in setup.
02 / OUR APPROACH
Connecting the existing systems to Microsoft cloud services
We designed a shared sign-in environment that worked with the existing local systems. We introduced central device management and access policies, moved shared files into SharePoint and put suitable applications into Azure Virtual Desktop.
03 / THE RESULT
Shared files and centrally managed devices
Staff gained access to shared SharePoint libraries while retaining access to the business applications they needed. Devices and policies could be managed centrally across the six offices. The rollout took six weeks and included migration work outside working hours.
